15. Dolly Parton.

The day before yesterday was Dolly Parton's birthday and I missed the opportunity to post THEN, but I whipped this up yesterday to serve a a belated homage. Can you even believe this is my first Dolly Parton I've done?! I had to pull out all the stops and did some embossed glitter for her shirt and a pigmented metallic powder for the background. I love Dolly. This won't be my last piece of her. She's the Rhinestone Queen forever. To Dolly!
