33. Bride of Frankenstein.

Elsa Lanchester is the final piece in my 2019 Drawlloween series. I feel like this is honestly one of the best black and white portraits I've done. It has so much life and delicateness. I'm a big fan. I feel like this was my most successful Drawlloween season yet. I improved by leaps and bounds and I can't wait to see where my work continues to go. Thanks for following along if you did! It means a lot!

32. Jack Torrance.

Jack Torrance is a maniac. I love The Shining and I really couldn't do one without the other because Wendy and Jack play off of each other so well. Stanley Kubrick was also a maniac, but hey, it produced some great art. So, my first elaborate background and matching pieces!

31. Wendy Torrance.

I put all of my energy into doing this painting. LOOK AT THE DETAILS! LOOK AT THE FACE! I gave it my all. I didn't even breathe when I pulled the lines for the background. One of the best. Plus, huge fan of The Shining. Tomorrow's piece is an accompanying part. Get ready.

30. Captain Spaulding.

This will probably be the last time I do a Captain Spaulding so I wanted to make it the best I possibly could. This is for all the fried chicken and Tutti Fruiti. May he rest in peace. To Sid Haig. The man with the grease paint.

29. The Joker.

The love I have for Heath Ledger and his portrayal of the Joker knows no bounds. So, of course I had to do a colored version of the Joker for this run during Drawlloween. I've been using this Turner Acryl gouache from Japan. It's so vibrant.

28. Eddie Munster & Wolfie.

I found this adorable picture of Eddie Munster and Wolfie aka Woof Woof and I had to paint it. It's too cute. I remember seeing The Munsters growing up. Herman ruled.

27. Deacon.

My final piece in the What We Do in the Shadows series is Deacon. He's a big weirdo, but in the best way. He screams at the beginning that vampires don't do dishes. So good.

26. Viago.

The best part about What We Do in the Shadows? is Viago played by Taika Waititi. I could watch the movie 100 times and never get sick of it. Also, he has great fashion sense.

25. Vladislav the Poker.

Vlad from What We Do in the Shadows! He's great. He's got an attitude, but he's pretty laid back. He's based off of Vlad the Impaler. So, had to pay homage to one of my favorite movies that's filmed in one of the best places on earth: New Zealand.

24. Killer Klowns.

Maybe I never found myself scared of clowns because of the amount of times I watched this movie growing up. It's so ridiculous and wonderful. I wanted to pay tribute to it by painting one of the clowns with the bright, bold colors I so vividly remember from the movie.

23. Eleven.

Got real wild and out of control with the color for this one, but you know what? I enjoy it. It's Eleven from Stranger Things 3 and has the 80's background to match. I just wanted to have a lot of fun with this one and I did so, you know, it is what it is.

22. Morticia Addams.

Moritica Addams. An icon. "Salt, pepper, or cyanide?" That's what she asks.

21. Lon Chaney.

This is Lon Chaney in London After Midnight. I've never seen it, but man oh man do I find him to look amazing in this movie. He's a cool dude.

20. Billy Butcherson.

I love me some Hocus Pocus and I think Doug Jones is one of the best actors ever. It's easy to talk about the witches, but it's characters like Billy that keep things going.

19. Vincent Price.

The Renaissance Man. The legend. The master of horror. The Thriller narrator!

18. Uncle Fester.

Uncle Fester is a good one. He has some of the best one liners in the entire Addams Family franchise. I like the one where he says, "My name is Fester. It means 'to rot.'" I busted out laughing when I read that recently. Christopher Lloyd plays him and that guy is a great actor. So, here's Fester.

17. Pennywise.

I grew up with Tim Curry's It not too far from the back of my mind. He was made for that role and brings a humor to the character that Bill Skarsgard misses (but I'm not knocking his version of Pennywise because it's great in its own way). I wanted to highlight Tim Curry, though.

16. Sabrina Spellman.

The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is a pretty solid show. The overall tone/mood is dark and it fits me because I wish I was a witch.

15. Stay Puft.

Today's piece is Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from Ghostbusters. He's a big boy.

14. Michael Jackson.

Thriller is the best music video ever made. I stand by it and I will until the end of time. The debate whether to do zombie MJ or werewolf MJ was a tough one, but I ultimately opted for the zombie. I'll do the werewolf next year. This was a real challenge, but here we are.
